It looks like you have been banned once before and then the ban was lifted. You will have to wait for one of the root admins to decide your fate.

Edit: As long as I can speak to you, I have a qusetion. If I buy steam, will I still be banned. I'm still under 18 so I can't buy it yet.

Yes. That is another way to get unbanned.

well, I don't have a choice. I can't get steam yet, so I guess this is the only way.
