i can't enter the game it every time i connect to any one of the servers it say dropped to due to slot reservation. what does this mean.. please help.. Thanks

If a server is full of regular players, it saves a few slots for admins to join. Just refresh until the number of players decreases and you should be able to join.

Well, before there was a VIP shop item that you could buy to gain access to reserved slots, it just costs some forum points or whatever.
It was removed though, so slot reservation is as Eternal stated.
If the server is full or largely populated when you try to join, it will reject your connection.
Slot reservations are so that old VIPs and the Admins can join the server, regardless of how many players are in the server.

I think I'm going to look at changing the slot reservation to require the player to type connect <server> in console, that way people can still queue up to join.
