Reason: I just played today i found him saying inappropiate language. He keeps saying:"n00b" When he kills someone, after he tries to troll the one he's killing saying thrash as: "umad? gonna ragequit?". However when someone kill hims he said he hacks and said bunch of trash followed by a voteban.

I played a lot him, and he usually shows off and likes to troll a bit, and he's annoying.
EDIT: I'm not going to ban him because I was told not to ban reported people yet.
