Girls who play CS don't need special treatment,
because they are either over-weight or fuckly looking,
no one asking them out and no boyfriend,
so, got plenty of time playing CS.

No, they're a ton of good looking girls playing. Problem is a lot of them moved on from the game.
Back in 1.6 there were a ton of all-female CS teams and a lot of them were good. Most of my old myspace is filled with cute girls that played CS. One of my best friends for CS was female, she was amazing, and worked as a stripper.
