stop with the !block time? If that's your question, it auto-stops after 20 secs.

This isn't a built in feature except in csgo. You'll need to install a server mod. If you don't know how to do that then a simple google query shall give you lots of information.

I like to create 25 bots, make them run around with knifes only, autobalance - off, buy deagle, 42 bullets for 25 running bots, pretty fun. Remember kids, one deag is a felony.
