Snipers Server:
Fall damage, FD is enabled. If you want to enabled it, then enable it in all the servers, especially 24/7.
Minigames Server:
What's up with the chat settings? Dead people can talk now? I mean, that server is currently the most popular server, and if dead people are able to talk, we could add the following tag to the server:
Ghosting-free.
SUGGESTION:
For all the servers:
Please enable us to kill enemies after time ruins out, campers, especially in 24/7 servers do NOT deserve to save guns (especially AWPs) and run around after time runs out.
Why we dont get killed by bomb explosion?
Why cant we get HUD of players? Look at what I found 2 minutes ago on office:

I remember there was a plugin that gived the information of the camper and a beacon. It could be used against them.

Alltalk is already enabled. So there's nothing wrong with chat being globally visible.
If a camper managed to camp for a few minutes already, them getting immunity the last 5 shouldn't matter. Unless you're instead suggesting rules be made for specifically prohibiting camping.

Just clarify me something, what's the reason of changing the spec mode?
And, hmm.. It's just because it pisses off when a guy starts ghosting.. which can result in less population on the server..

Ok. Now, let me ask you another question..
When someone reports another guy, how are we going to know who that player is, how are we (admins) check that?
Also, I made a poll twice yesterday on MG, and the "Yes" option won to disable the dead chat. Please do.

You can get the server ip from the demo. You can find the steam_id via gameme off their name. You can ensure the demo is legit by seeing whether the players events correspond with what's shown in gameme.
