SO i got my patch from aviara
i got the newest one i have 1.0.0.72 i think
and i tryed to connect to dust2 DM
restarted,added -secure in the file nothing
Connecting to 173.231.35.20:27015...

I think I had problem like that... but after re-installing the game, The problem was resolved.
