"Have you ever been interrupted at the beach by a line of war tanks passing by? Obviously not, that would be bizarre, but these vacationers at a Russian beach in Kaliningrad were disturbed by random tanks just passing through the beach."

When I was in Texas I worked with a cameraman who once got caught in mock invasion of some beach in Russia...with planes flying overhead, explosions everywhere, and infantry storming the shore. lol. You'd think the army would check and clear those locations a little more thoroughly.

Well, I'm pretty sure Russia has beaches too, around the Black Sea for example. I'm just assuming though.
And it isn't Russian mainland, but Kaliningrad.
I get the feeling that these things are not unusual in Russia. :p
