How is he impersonating you? Is he mimicking your words? Raptor doesn't appear to be a unique screen name.

A screenshot is hardly enough evidence of someone maliciously impersonating you on our servers. Even if we are provided a demo, it would be extremely difficult for us to objectively determine how the said player was "using his mic to impersonate you."
If the problem persists, please gather more evidence next time so we have more options as to reviewing your case.
