ok originally i saw this guy bhopping around alot so i was suspicious but then this guy went at it for like 3 -5mins of mic spamming all asked to stop several times and did not have enough ppl to voteban

I gave him multiple warnings and 1 hour spam before looks like he didnt learn from that
