Before/After Photos - Spartacus - Sep 10 2012
Not sure whether this thread could be sustainable, but it could be interesting.
I've been working out the past 1 year. It is partly the reason why I haven't been gaming hardcore lately even before my semester started. Exercising has improved my gameplay and aim tremendously in my opinion (coupled that with practice of course).
Anyway, enough talk. Here is me a year ago at 117kg/257lbs.

Still aiming to 'cut'. Haven't reach my "ideal figure" yet. A long way to go.

A year of working out and you still havent reached your ideal figure? you mean more muscular ?
