Good day admins,
i used to play as a home player for quite some time and my friend navi and I decided to play in the shop together. I had used his external drive to copy it to my local drive since i havent bought mine, and logged in using my steam id. We were surprised to see that our account was banned from the server (navi was also banned as well in the server as of this writing). Could you kindly tell us what happened? We thought that the cafe was already removed of ban. Kindly advise and thanks a lot in advance

Your Steam ID does not show up on the banlist. Are you still banned from the server?

You steam ID was wrong. It is STEAM_0:0:972367357. The originating ban was from that ID but from IP 124.104.141.215

not sure did it happened though, i got my steam id by typing 'status' in the console. Do you mean that since we are playing on the shop, it shows a different steam id as what we use to have?

Upon checking right now, my account is not banned, but navi is still banned as of this writing. We're still here in the cafe, kindly advise admins/mods. thank you so much for the help
