Blatant hacking would result in an immediate ban, not this.
If you see this him with the same nick still, just contact any wL admin currently online.

I left because he wasn't causing a problem. If he causes an issue, then there's room for punishment. Otherwise, banning for a (relatively) slightly offensive name just causes more work on the administrative side. Countless players have been kicked and banned for inappropriate names, yet it seems to have little effect on other players choosing those names.
