I think the way it is now is awesome. People might just go AFK as T then come back as CT and not notice it.

this is just my opinion from playing the 24/7 de_dust2 -- with what I see, after 20 mins people who are CT are swapped to terrorists and the terrorists become Ct's. So what I think is after being swapped they should not be able to return to be a CT or terrorists after the match is over so other people can have a chance to play either roles. This is only my opinion, if you dont agree thats fine with me. thank you

I would find it highly annoying if this would put into place.

Yeah, I don't think I'd like it either.
PS I think Bison just wants to confuse people so he can make his bonzai style rush every round more effective.
