is it any good?
From what i've heard, It is a total Shit.
- not Compatible with most softwares
- not compatible with most hardwares
- not compatible with most extensions
- hard to search
- shitty windows user interface
- non-computer menu feel... like you feel like you are using windows on XBOX or some shit...

I mean, look at this... what am I using... Windows on PC or Windows on a phone...
is windows 7 so fuckin hard to use that you have to many everything on a column?

Most gaming companies have said they will not be making games to Windows 8 platform. As for software/hardware there are known issues with both, that are both being addressed by Microsoft and the hardware companies as there are some compatibility issues.
My 2 cents is to buy Win7, and wait for the new Windows that will be released this year. As Microsoft will not be releasing a new DirectX for Win8, that means there is 0 promotion for it.
Vista at least had DirectX 11 to allow for gaming companies to at least work with it

I have it, at first I was like bleh but I got used to it and like it now. There is a Windows Desktop just like all the other XS, just gotta click on the "Desktop" option.

Yes, Win 7 is better than 8, But I don't have any problems with windows 8, runs every games I've played so far...
