Steam shows it was updating but it didn't have the usual updating color and stuff, so is this a virus, or am should i have not uninstalled steam?

Its normal nothing wrong with it, and no you should have not uninstalled steam.

It's a new look of how steam updates, It's much quicker though.

Ok, well fortunetly since i am the worst at uninstalling things steam saved eryything and i didn't have to dwnload anything, and it wasn't a virus, but thatnks for the support and lol cedd
