Type net_graph 1 into your console & watch the numbers on the right hand side of the graph. If your lag is within the 1st minute or so , I think that's currently a server side issue.

You can also go to your map folder & delete the map & then connect to the server . It will force it to re download the map matching the server version.

Admin do check , but holidays could be an issue or it may already be under review with the admin already , if there's merit in it , I'm sure they'll take appropriate action.

good suggestions , but people are getting around !ignore player mutes , map changed to tides & a guy I ignored last map was unmuted. I'm a sound player so it affects me more than most I'm guessing
