Left PUG in the middle had to answer the door. Had one similar ban on July 3rd, hence unable to unban. Appealing to get this unbanned, was not expecting any one at the door and definitely didn't anticipate the time that went towards that answering. It's quite boring so please expedite if possible this ban removal.
