Probably not. If it is available in game who cares if its available here. lol. But if since you seem to care, i will delete the demo after the protest has been settled. :/
It is only available in game if the spectator is an admin.
I know but if an admin takes the demo, then it can be seen in the demo.

*Edit* PS I remember playing with this guy and I thought he was using a wall hack or somethin. So i went into spect, and he look really legit to me. I had no reason to ban him myself. (Thats my tidbits of what I seen from him)
