What's not fair?
He got banned and bought another copy of CS:S to get around it. However, it was instantly banned (ban evasion) because he didn't inform us beforehand. He didn't cheat on the new account.

You know , if you keep doing this you will annoy the Mods . And you'll get yourself banned from the forum (which give you no chance to appeal again)
