Something like a member of the week or month might work out:Have there forum picture to the right side next to your notification area,and with the player having a reserved slot on a server of there choice.Just like saying,yea you thanks for playing on the servers and we appreciate it and what not.Oh yea and have there name in the motd?
I'm thinking of having an "Admin of the month" section on the forums.
Both ideas seem good and also present an extra incentive to posting more on wL?
