I found him bypassing the chat filter after I told everyone they would receive a gag from doing so. Since he decided to come to the forums and appeal it I will make it one day. Russian just remember to respect the rules and don't avoid the filter again, if you don't want to have the same problem.

I have removed your gag now and you should be able to chat. However if I catch you avoiding the filter again there will be yet another consequence (temp gag). Let me know if you have any issues.
