I'm getting this message when trying to connect. Anyone else experiencing this?

Check if your CSS is up to date , or server may have a delayed update.
It's working fine now.

Everything up to date. Still nothing. Usually when it's an update issue, the game will tell me "the server is running a different version" or something of that sort. With this problem, I'm not even getting past the "connecting to server" portion.

Also, I can connect to the other WL servers, just not popmaps

Try close your css, put your computer to sleep for a few mins, wake it up, and try to connect to the server that you have the problem connecting.
It's work so well for me.

Make sure you don't have programs like hotspot shield turned on.

Can you show me a traceroute of 173.231.20.21?

I finally got it working. Found a youtube video that takes you step by step to fix the problem. I still don't know what caused it, but this video fixed it.
