Server:All,Banned on Mini Games

Ive been playing on Your servers since 6 months ago.
Today i got on and Bhopped like regularly and got banned in a matter of 2 minutes or less.
I dont know what happened but it just said i had to come here for support,
I was wondering if you can fix this issue please,Thank you for your time.

Steam ID : If you do not know this, create a server from within the CS:S start menu. Then type status in the console to get your steam ID. Example: STEAM_X:XXXXXXX

It says i was Banned for Hotkeys BHOPPing?
I thought they were only scripts so i couldnt of had Hotkeys.

The ban is valid and we no longer lift valid cheating bans.
