4/28/2011 at approximatively 11 AM(server time) on server#1, player T.B Roka was observed by me(ruplayer), skrappy and naive.
First report was received from Konrak at approximatively 10 AM(server time), he said: the only way to kill Roka is to hit him in the head, I said there is no hacks like that, and he votebanned against him, but no real action was taken.
1 Hour after I suspected the same type of hacks, and joined spec list, skrappy and naive joined spec with me. I saw him clearly surviving awp shot with 100 hp after it. The only reason why he didn't get banned is because he left server in about 3-5 min after all admins joined spec list.
