Currently he's banned. A lot of people have been trying to voteban, but it doesn't work; even if the majority is Yes. Anyways, took a demo and it's uploaded to his ban on sourcebans.

The demo is corrupted. I have always had a problem with uploading to sourcebans. =/  Try uploading to a site like MediaFire and then edit your post to the right link

He was avoiding the ban under a seperate steam id, I banned him earlier under this alias for an hour for impersonating admin. I re banned him.

Same IP, he claimed one or the other was his brother.. who sounds identical on microphone and says the exact same things.
