You dont need to create a poll for this.

First off, ban appeal is invalid. Since I remember the ban, I'm just going to reject it.

Only way he can play on our servers:
1. Repurchase CS: S on Steam, on a new account.
2. Post new and old Steam ID here before joining the servers.
