Hey, I can't be silent anymore, this is too annoying.
So, I suggest you to kick people with the ping 150+ because THIS IS FUCKING ANNOYING HOW THESE MEXICANS, AND WHOEVER ELSE JUST COME ON SERVER, LAG/GLITCH/TELEPORT, THEY SHOOT YOU WHEN YOU ALREADY BEHIND THE WALL, HOW YOU CAN'T GET THEM WHEN THEY ARE LAGGING/GLITCH/TELEPORTING. SOMETIMES THERE ARE PEOPLE WITH 700 PING OR EVEN WORSE AND SERVER DOES NOT KICK THEM.
IF THERE IS SOMEONE WHO THINKS LIKE THIS, PLEASE TYPE "+" OR SOMETHING ELSE THAT YOU SUPPORT MY IDEA. THANKS

Mexicans have less than 100 ping and I've seen people with low ping lag as well. If you put a ping limit that low then we'll see half the server ping masking.

Yo yo ... take it easy ... its fuckin annoying i know ... but you dont think that its easy for them ...
I usually have 300 - 320 Ping ... So i shot you in the fuckin head but miss you cuz u already moved
But i like to play ... its fun there
Anyway ... i totally agree with you that some are lag as fuck with over 400 and even 700 latency
And i do disconnect when i lag ... But all the people says that i dont lag even when i am 300 ping
So its not right to kick them if they are not under 150

I agree with this. All I can hope for is that when I reach my new home (on the plane now! ), it will clear up a little on my end, because admins won't do anything. 150 ping isn't too bad, but the server really should autokick those people with 400+ ping and people that are winning because nobody can shoot them. I came to play a game, not watch a slideshow of some player's movement.

We don't have a ping limit for our servers, don't plan to either because our servers are international and always has been from the start.. If a player is lagging, the lag plugin usually kicks them. However if they don't, type @help, lagger in the server... on team chat and it'll let the online admins know.
