I came to appeal a ban, but I honestly do not know what I was banned for? I recently started playing on the AWP server and I just recently checked the sourcebans list, and it is listed as "Ban Evasion". I'm not sure how I evaded a ban, so here I am posting an appeal.

I did however have a proxy running on accident (starts on startup) just now as I connected, could that be what caused it? If so, it was completely unintentional and I have since disabled the program on start up to prevent that from happening again.

Please wait for a root admin to check on it .

The ban is due to a cheating infraction on your other steam accounts.

Ah, didn't know having a new account would carry over the ban to this one. Is there any way this one could be unbanned since I have zero cheating infractions on it? I really enjoy playing on the Sniper server. If not it's understandable.


Was this rejected or just waiting on further decision?

The account which gets to Steam level 15 will be unbanned. The rest will remain banned.
