Health pack issues. Not appearing or being able to be used for two days now according to a few frequent players.
Since you're an admin you can restart the server, just type !restart and it should fix it.
Sorry, been away on business for a bit (southwest flights.. I'm not fancy..) I've done that before and it doesn't correct it all the time.
The server seems very laggy, the half of awp hits just don't damaging, there are also ppls who was complaining about lag
I'm in the server now and everything seems fine.
