Extra info - i used to play cs 1.6. One of my friend convinced me to buy css so i bought it, downloaded it. Now after changing some settings i joined a random server with low ping. I connected to this server. Message poped up "Hacks. Ban and website name". So i tried joining different server but ping was very high almost unplayable.So i came here to see how to appeal. After 2 hours i figured it out. So here it is and sorry for my english it aint that good.
Config - I have a shitty laptop. 3 of us share it but its mine and most of the time its with me. I use Linux as its stable and stuff.
PS - In the guidelines it said link your steam account i cant do it. I put in the steam id and password it just does not work. Page just proceses it and then it is same as it was first time.
I wouldn't be able to reply until next evening because of the classes and coachings.

This is my first time playing on this server.......usually i play on ukcss office server. This server also had that map so i joined. There must be some confusion. I cant even get into a single server which has wl and low ping like your office server.
