Is banned on all warlord servers. I have never hacked on my account, never used a hack on your servers. Is this due to my brother, who also used to play on your servers, whom I had no idea had been hacking, and who has also been VACed as of recently (http://steamcommunity.com/id/ragithyper/). Him and I play on a shared computer, and to my understanding he probably used hacks on your server.
So I presume that all accounts that try to connect to your server(oin the same PC) are now permanently banned, and that includes all my other friend's account when they came over to play on my computer.
Any hope? I understand if you guys are unable to revoke the ban, dont want to be a sob story here but just trying to clarify.

Here. My steam account has reached Steam level 15.

The account should be able to access the servers now.
