It appears you left during captains round, which is considered live. The only time one can safely leave is before 10 people join a team and the voting begins.
Our policy is to shorten a single pug leave ban to 3 hours for first offenders. It doesn't look like you ever took advantage of that. I shortened the ban and it expired.
