hi there, i would like to appeal for a permanent ban today. My brother play with my account and try something for cheating and get banned from your server. 
I don't know what he as done but you are the only server i can play and i would like to continue. 

I like to know if it's possible to remove that ban and let me play again with your server.

thank you for your forgiveness on this and this will never happen again.

Your account your responsibility. The ban won't be lifted.

ok so there is no way i can play again, does it work if i buy the game again, and create another account?

Buy a new copy of CS on Steam and post up your new ID.
