How do the pug bans/unbans work?
Just got banned because the whole pug server including the other players were lagging out, so I retried, got disconnected and tried to reconnect hoping it would fix the issue, and I couldn't find the server in the list to reconnect in time..even with friends in that exact server. The server even had like 6 specs and no one ended up subbing, so I was banned.
I went to my ban (had tons of trouble connecting to the wL site and finding my ban) when I found it, and I could not unban myself. I had used an unban for a one day pug disconnect without sub ban last month, but it is now a new month, and I cannot unban myself. So, how does it work?..and I will also post this gripe in the ban appeal section...Thank You
Just want some answers. It is very hard to get into contact with admins these days!
