And I have to refresh multiple times for it to come back

Yeah, i got this a couple of times yesterday myself.

The server's TCP ACK packets are being dropped randomly. I'm not sure why this is happening. I'll need to investigate further.

Edit: I've setup a temp fix. The host is having issues with its carriers and it won't be fixed for 48+ hours.
