It means that you left a PUG without a sub. The penalty is a 24hr ban. However, you CAN unban yourself once a month by viewing your ban. It should give you the option there. Just click on BANS on the main site.

Thanks for your feedback. I couldnt work out a way of unbaning the account but the ban expires in 30 minutes.
