Type "record blahblah" in the console without the "" and the game will being recording a demo.
Type "stop" in the console to stop the recording.
A demo's file size is powers less than a video's file size. You more than likely will be able to upload a demo file without waiting a painfully long amount of time.
The file can be found in your cstrike folder. Google what the file path is if you can't find it.
