Hey everyone. Well Im going to get straight to the point. I tried to join your pug server and it says I am banned. I know this is wrong because I have never played here and I was hoping to pug with my buddy. This has to be wrong considering I just bought this new mac with touchbar brand new. I am thinking because I am on MAC Maybe? No clue, if you can resolve this I would very appreciate it! Thank you!
