I got permanently banned by console, saying that I was wallhacking. But I don't use cheats, my account has 1,000+ hours on CS:GO but I switch to CS:S because of CS:GO's hitboxes and MM server issues.
Smac bans are normally never wrong however please wait while a root admin reviews this ban appeal.

We have played with Neon many pugs. It doesn't seems he hacks or walls. Might be wrongly banned. It's just my opinion and I was in that pug when he got banned. I hope u will get unbanned NeonFx
If using wallhax ,the console generally bans you the moment you join .Neon was already playing the pug for more than 20 rounds .
I have been playing with him for last 6 months seeems completely legit to me.
So its doubtful that its wallhax but lets wait for an root admins review.
Yeah I'm doubting about the ban too. Doesn't SMAC ban people when connecting to the server, And not while mid-PUG?

always a chance of no programs running prior to joining. Here's to hoping it's a mistake always better to be a mistake ban than a legit one so it can be reversed. Hopefully a root admin will be able to look into this fairly quickly and everything is good!
Eye Test violations don't always ban the moment you join, it bans when it finds somethings not right.
Wait for Bison to review the logs and checks this out.
