i tell him to stop and he doesn't.

Flash was the player im accusing
flasH lived up to his name and set a new record for team flashes. I went ahead and banned him.
However, I also caught you throwing 2 team flashes at him, but he was already in the double digits by then. So I guess I'll overlook it.
