No, in my opinion, the suspect in question is not cheating, but you did catch a cheater or two.

Wasn't watching Orange that night, I was flippin exhausted at that point.

Not hacking. And those deagle stats are completely normal. He just uses the deagle as his main gun and is fairly good with it.
