i understand i'm sorry for lieing i regret the hacks i will never use them again in any server and i accept the ban and will not complain.

If you were banned by eye angle violations, that is a console ban, which means that it was banned the Anti-Cheat that is run on the server.
Kigen bans are rarely, if ever wrong, and since you acknowledge you were cheating, it's nearly impossible to get off their list.
