Yes, with 100% certainty I know he is cheating with evident aimbotting (auto aim) and wall hacking (usually both found in a hack pack). This is a good example of why long demos are crucial to detecting those that at least try to hide that they're cheating.
My personal favorite, although not alone conclusive, is at tick 10000 with r_drawmodels 2. He adjusts his cursor to aim at the AWPer's head through the door lol.
My assumption is that the shaking you see going on is him himself moving his mouse after his aimbot has locked onto his target, and not anti-recoil.
