Just a suggestion, if it's completely stupid I apologize ;D. It's pretty simple, Auto Assign only. This would eliminate team stacking...hopefully.
+1 I have enough friends on servers to say that I will always have friends in my team even if they auto assign.
I do usually click Auto Assign, but recently I have started alternating teams when each game finishes. So I will go CT, then T, then CT, then T etc.

I don't think he's talking about 24/7 One Map servers, it's about rotation servers.
Okay that's cool. For the record, I do play on some other servers, just not that much. Also, you can totally team stack on the one map servers
Oh, one more thing I wanted to add, if we make it auto assign only we should make all_talk for dead only as well.

Why? Some people like to train on certain sides on pubs.
More effective to do it like TF2 and show who actually clicked autojoin.

That sounds like a good idea too, anything to somehow deter team stacking.
