Its a good point when player numbers go below 8ppl to restrict awp.  Most skilled awpers tend not to awp unless someone breaks this code or trying to be funny.  Its one of those unsaid rules.  Most of the time I notice it kills a server in its infancy stage of a server populating.

I didn't get the memo.

It's something that's been present since the original CS... Just a code of rules that you don't violate... Very similar to the unspoken rules of say Football... or Baseball.
