PS...kinda offtopic but i think in demo something network check, failed to find choke or something? what is that, hasn't happened until recording demo.

As for that error, it means that your choke is too high. High choke equates to laggy playing and is commonly caused by your fps dropping below 66. I'd suggest that you lower your gfx settings or try typing "r_3dsky 0" into console which should increase the fps by about 10. You can check your fps by typing "net_graph 1" into console.
