So, I was at mini games server and I saw one guy who was changing a gravity for himself and for some of the players. So, I just want to know is he an admin? or he was hacking?

Who? I'm not finding any results for the player name "Bloodlust Hero". Was that actually his name? You need to be a bit more specific. Did you get his Steam ID?
Even if he was an admin, he shouldn't have been changing the gravity on himself.
Did this occur in one of those skill based maps such as bobiii? I've given him limited admin so it isn't possible for him to noclip people. Changing gravity is the closest you could get to noclip.

I can't find him on Game.Me, I was going to check the Events log and see if he was toggling gravity on people.

lol, in first demo, it's funny when he looks at porn spray
i was there as well and i must say that map was glitched lol
everyone was bored and nobody make it to the end but then i asked bloodlust if he can maybe change the gravity and so it did for a while and then it was really fun lol
that map finally got exciting after it was boring xD
anyway i don't think bloodlust should be punished or something for that cuz he brought the life to that server after it was dead lol
