I'm admin from OMG server located in SG, we caught a hacker base on a dem record by our player. So i came here to double confirmed becos he is also caught by your SMAC anti-cheat plugins. Therefore, if your SMAC is up to date on the 19 Sep. I'm pretty sure he isn't legit. Just to 100% confirm, we have perm ban him anyway.
FYI: we are using zblock which doesn't catch eye angles violation like SMAC did.

The version doesn't matter, what matters is whether or not the Eye Angles were in fact invalid. If you give me his steam_id, then I can look up it up in the logs to verify the bans legitimacy.

The ban appears to be valid. His Eye Angles were completely past anything which would be considered remotely normal.
