when is installed widnows 8 devloper preview , and played css my point got chnaged , wen i luked the network shows network 2 , i think this may be the problem
so plz help , how i can get the old point bak :'(
i reinstlled windwos 7, and point was same but still
i need to play in windows 8 :'(

I think he means his rank.. Anyway, I'm not too sure but I think reinstalling Windows gives you a new Steam ID.

If you have a paid for cs
then you steam id will not change.

I'm pretty sure thread starter is using non-steam.
it might have something to with that widows 8 is so new...but anyhow WTF are you trying to say man. fo real no one understands you.
Windows 8 developer Preview isn't really stable so it's better you change back to Windows 7 untill they release a more stable version. As you have a non-steam CSS your steam ID changes. So the points too change. You could try asking Bison about this.
trying to use dual boot :'(
Even with dual boot Eventually one of the OS's will take over the other one. IMO just USE WINDOWS 7 and DONT WASTE your TIME!@!! RAWRAWRAWR
